• Exit 24, Route 30 East, Commonwealth Ave., off Route 128
• Pass Newton Marriott Hotel on left.
• At 3rd set of traffic lights by Mobil Station, turn left onto Lexington Street.

• Go to end of street, take left onto Washburn.
